Homeless Woman

We had our new Community Support Officer popping in this morning to introduce himself. While he was here he asked if we could help with an elderly women - in her 60's he thinks - who he has come across sleeping rough at the back of some shops. She doesn't speak English so he had no way of communicating with her. I gave him the number of someone who can talk to her and tell her about support available to homeless people. I just hope she has slipped through the net, rather than having problems like drink or drugs that makes it so much harder to help people.
